2. are the MEALS TASTY and NUTRITIOUS, and AVAILABLE at YOUR LOCAL GROCERY STORES? Your first consideration is that meals on a schedule contains a variety of delicious foods that provide all the nutrients necessary for long-term health. This eliminates the menus which prohibit whole categories of food or limit the parts so that you are always hungry. Some plans "do you" by providing meals and snacks to manage what and how much you eat. It is simple and effective (and expensive) but your success depends on meals. How long do you plan to buy pre-packaged foods? What happens when you start shopping and cooking for yourself and to eat out? See number three below.
