How many calories a day to lose weight? Daily calorie intake

You would like to know how many calories you should eat per day to lose weight? If so, Congrats. Your daily calorie intake someone would do only a smart person who truly understands the weight loss.


What I mean, literally all about weight loss eating the right number of calories per day. Undoubtedly important proteins, fats and carbohydrates (as are the food sources of these nutrients), but above all, your total daily calorie intake is the key factor enabling you to lose weight.


So let's figure out what would be your ideal daily calorie intake. All it takes is two simple steps ...

There are a certain number of calories that each individual should eat for a day in order to maintain their current weight. This is what is known as calories at the same level. Lose weight, all you have to do is eat less calories per day than your "maintenance".


This creates a shortage of calories, and it causes your body to write your own instead of the stored fat for energy.

To do this, simply subtract 500 calories of your daily calories estimated level of service.


For example, if your level of service is estimated to be 3000 calories, you would now start eating 2500 calories per day. Simple As That.
